On 24 Sep 2019 a meeting of the working group of the Project took place in the main office of the Poviat Starosty in Białystok. Issues related to preparing the consolidated report – Interim Project Progress Report – were discussed.
The Interim Report is prepared in English and consists of:
– descriptive part (information on project implementation);
– financial part (expenses incurred by all the Partners during the reporting period).
The process of writing the interim report begins with every Project Beneficiary preparing an individual interim report which covers their scope of project implementation. The Lead Beneficiary and all the Project Beneficiaries should present their individual interim reports as well as all other necessary documents for approval to their Independent Auditors.
On the basis of the individual reports submitted by all the Beneficiaries and approved by the Auditors, the Lead Beneficiary writes a consolidated Report for the whole Project. The Interim Report for our project covers the period from 01 Feb 2019 to 11 Sep 2019. Submitting the Interim Report is required for the payment of the second advance by the Project Managing Authority.
We are planning to submit our Interim Report to the Joint Technical Secretariat by 30 Sep 2019.
